The Borrower through MOWRAM shall make the necessary budgeting and operational arrangements acceptable to ADB to manage operations of the hydraulic structures developed under the Project. Future Operation. 4.1 Should the SCA or nominee corporation, having taken responsibility for operation of the Stonebridge Golf Course pursuant to section 3 above, determine that it no longer desires to operate the Stonebridge Golf Course, it shall provide one year’s written notice to the City.
