Fridays. While the lapse charge practices as described above shall apply to all lapsing MDO policies, it is understood that for such policies issued on the Modified Pro Rata First-Year Sales Commission plan which lapse in the first policy year, the pro rata first-year lapse commission charge as referred to in Article Eight of this contract will be made against the Lapse Outstanding Account of the writing Agent.

These overlap shifts would be utilized for taking statutory leave, extra duty leave, annual leave, specialized training, evaluation reports (for supervisors, to a maximum of one each quadrant) and special patrols. Selection of an overlap day as a day of leave will be determined by: the company which is on its last scheduled working day will have priority choice of taking the overlap day off by using, in this order, annual leave, statutory leave, and extra duty leave. If additional personnel can be allowed off, the other company will be allowed the choice of taking the overlap day off in the same order.
Fridays i. In those years where there are more than 52 Fridays, there shall be no more than three (3) weeks between the last paycheck for a previous school year and the first paycheck for a new school year.
Fridays. Such teachers shall schedule parent conferences and meet with all parents who desire conferences during such times. During such parent conference times, teachers shall not be required to be present except during the times in which such teacher has scheduled conferences with parents. Teachers assigned to Grade Nine through Grade Twelve may be required to attend up to two (2) evening parent conferences or meetings per school year. In addition, one released time day may be scheduled for parent conferences each fall for grades nine through twelve. During such parent conference times, teachers shall not be required to be present except during the times in which such teacher has scheduled conferences with parents.
Fridays. ® Restaurants - restaurants operated in accordance with the System under the registered service marks “Friday’s®” or “T.G.I. Friday’s®”. Training Center - the location(s) specified from time to time by Friday’s as the training center. Transfer - the sale, assignment, conveyance, license, devise, bequest, pledge, mortgage or other encumbrance, whether direct or indirect, of (i) this Agreement; (ii) any or all rights or obligations of Developer herein; or (iii) any interest in any Security, including the issuance of any new Securities. Transferee Owner(s) - the owner of any and all record or beneficial interest in the capital stock of, partner’s interest in, or other equity or voting interest in any transferee of a Transfer occurring pursuant to the terms of Section 8. Wage Expenses - such wages and/or salaries (including a reasonable allocation of the cost of benefits) of, or with respect to, Friday’s (or other described party’s) employees, agents and/or representatives to be reimbursed to Friday’s or such party as described herein.

Fridays. Sundays, and other hours: We must work additional hours in order to meet our expectations of 40-50 hours a week for salaried employees. Because of the nature of our work, individual departments and employees may find it most productive to work these additional hours at times that differ from other departments or individuals. For example, some employee’s jobs inherently require additional hours on weeknights, while others may never be required to work on a week night. In addition to work load and department, stage of life can play a large role in when an employee can be most productive. Because of this, we have flexibility in how our departments choose to meet the additional expected hours. Some departments may chose to allow employees to work on Fridays, while others may choose to work until 5 on Sundays. Others may need to work in the evenings during the week in order to accommodate volunteer schedules. This type of flexibility requires a great deal of communication and trust, and will be monitored heavily to ensure that we are not robbing God of work time that He deserves. The time during which you are allowed to work these additional hours and the amount of flexibility afforded to you is subject to change at any time by your supervisor, the Executive Pastor of Ministries, or the Leadership Team. Your specific work schedule will be communicated to you by your direct supervisor.
