FREIGHT ALLOWANCE. Unless otherwise specified by the Seller, shipments with a value four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) net or more will be shipped common carrier Ex-Works Sellers dock freight allowed to the nearest freight station within the continental USA and Canada. Shipments that meet the freight allowed prerequisite but require special shipping such as flatbed or timed delivery, the Buyer will be charged for the difference between the cost of shipping the goods via common carrier and the cost for the special shipment. Shipments less than four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) net are shipped common carrier Ex-Works Sellers dock freight extra. Freight charges will be invoiced prepaid and charge or freight collect if the Buyer specifies a specific carrier.

If flatbed truck is required, additional charges will apply if order is freight allowed. Same applies for shipments during weekends, nights, expedite and/or air shipments. Seller’s freight allowance is $12,000.00 or more per order shipment release to one destination for EASTERN PROVINCES (1), $10,000.00 or more per order shipment release to one destination for CENTRAL PROVINCES (2), $15,000.00 or more per order shipment release to one destination for WESTERN PROVINCES (3). For orders to YT, NT & NU, freight will be prepaid and added or collect. The above policy applies to standard dry van/truck ground transit only. The freight allowance terms are “FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid.” In the event the freight thresholds are not met, the terms will either be “FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Billed” or “FOB Destination, Freight Collect.”

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE. Single Sensus product orders exceeding $20,000 will be shipped FOB Freight Allowed unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. Freight allowance is only applicable to single orders shipped complete. Partial shipments must be specified in writing at the time of order placement. Aqua-Metric reserves the right to refuse freight allowance and/or bill partial freight costs on final invoice.
