Freezer Allowance. 29.1. The employer shall pay all employees (permanent, part-time, casual and fixed term employees) who work in the freezer chamber an allowance for work done in the freezer chamber.
29.2. For each hour of overtime worked the freezer allowance shall be paid. This is a flat hourly allowance and is not multiplied by the overtime penalty rate.
29.3. The freezer allowance shall be paid for all purposes of the agreement, with overtime being paid as per clause 29.
Freezer Allowance. An Employee employed to work primarily in a freezer shall be paid an additional $1.50 per hour for each hour worked.

(b) An Employee who is nominated as a consolidator by the Employer and works at least fifteen (15) hours per week in a freezer will be paid $9.38 per day they work.

Freezer Allowance. Employees whose duties involve entry into the employer’s deep freeze (minus 15oC and below) installations will receive a freezer allowance in respect of each day on which such duties are performed. Such payment to be monitored and authorised by the supervisor involved.
