Free Speech. (a) The MacKillop Catholic College Network is considered a limited forum, similar to a school newspaper, and therefore the College may restrict your speech for valid educational reasons.
Free Speech. Technology communication is considered a limited forum, similar to the school newspaper, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Central School District may restrict your speech for valid education reasons.
Free Speech. Your right to free speech, as set forth in the school disciplinary code, applies also to your communication in the Internet and is considered a limited forum and therefore the district may restrict your right to free speech for valid educational reasons. Search and Seizure. You should expect no privacy of the contents of your personal files on the district system. Routing maintenance and monitoring of the system may lead to discovery that you have violated this policy, the school code, or the law. Your parent has the right at any time to see the contents of your e-mail files. Any material in the possession of a student will be viewed in the same context as to its appropriateness for the school setting regardless of the nature of its origin. Use of the Internet is a privilege, not a right. Students violating policies pertaining to standards of conduct or Internet use shall be subject to revocation of privileges and disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action.
Free Speech. A. The University recognizes and promotes an intellectually open campus. The free exchange of ideas through written, spoken, and other forms of expression reflects its public land-grant heritage, support of diverse points of view, and commitment to excellence in education and research.
Free Speech. An MVLA District employee acting in an individual capacity and outside the scope of employment may, during non-working time, express views and opinions that do not necessarily state or reflect those of the District. Any such expression shall neither state nor imply that it is made on behalf of the District. A District employee shall not communicate information otherwise prohibited by District policy and procedures using District technology.

The ▇▇▇▇▇ School District will not restrict speech on the basis of a disagreement with the opinions being expressed.

The S.I.S.D. system is considered a limited forum and therefore the District may restrict your speech for valid educational reasons. The District will not restrict your speech on the basis of a disagreement with the opinions you are expressing.

Each faculty member is obligated to do whatever is necessary to clearly indicate whether or not he/she is a spokesman for the Board or the college when speaking or writing in a public forum concerning college, community, social, political or economic issues. This shall not include presentations before professional societies.
Free Speech. Beloit College will not restrict any of its students or employees from wearing shirts, buttons, and other items expressing their position regarding student worker unionization consistent with the NLRA, the Student Handbook, and this Agreement.
