Forum Selection Clause. Any and all causes of action for equitable relief relating to the enforcement of this Agreement and not otherwise subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions of Paragraph 15 may, in the Employer’s sole discretion, be brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or the Dallas County District of the Texas State Courts. The parties agree that the provisions of this Paragraph benefit both Employer and Executive. Any and all causes of action by and between Employer and Executive can be quickly and efficiently resolved in the agreed-upon forum, which will not unduly burden either Employer or Executive, and which will substantially aid Employer and Executive in providing the opportunity for uniform treatment with respect to any issues relating to the covenants contained in this Agreement.
Forum Selection Clause. Each of the parties irrevocably agrees that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement brought by any other party or its successors or assigns shall be brought and determined in the Court of La Crosse County of the State of Wisconsin, the courts of the United States of America for the District of Wisconsin, and appellate courts thereof, and each of the parties hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts for itself and with respect to its property, generally and unconditionally, with regard to any such action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby. Each of the parties agrees not to commence any action, suit or proceeding relating thereto except in the courts described above in Wisconsin, other than actions in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce any judgment, decree or award rendered by any such court in Wisconsin as described herein.
Forum Selection Clause. The Parties agree that all disputes arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Judicial District Courts of Xxxxxx County, Texas.
Forum Selection Clause. The contract is governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law and the Court of Milan (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Warrant or related to the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of Florida located in Orlando, Florida, and any dispute between the parties shall come within the jurisdiction of the court in Orange County, Florida.
Forum Selection Clause. This agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder will be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin.

All disputes concerning compliance with or the interpretation of this Agreement, or any other aspect of Executive’s employment with the Company or the termination of that employment, shall be filed in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, or if the federal court does not hold jurisdiction, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the State of North Carolina, and this agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and were to have been performed in Currituck County, North Carolina. Any action relating to this agreement shall only be instituted and prosecuted in the courts of Currituck County, North Carolina. Tenant specifically consents to such jurisdiction and to extraterritorial service of process.

SHOULD ANY DISPUTE ARISE CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION AND/OR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS NOTE, THE BORROWER HEREBY SPECIFICALLY AGREES AND CONSENTS THAT ANY CONTROVERSY, CLAIM, OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS NOTE, OR ANY ALLEGED BREACH HEREOF, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY DISPUTE REGARDING THE EXECUTION, BREACH OR COMPLIANCE WITH THIS NOTE OR ANY RELATED DOCUMENTS, OR CLAIMS FOR EQUITABLE OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK AND HEREBY AGREES AND CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THAT COURT. THE BORROWER FURTHER AGREES THAT THE PREVAILING PARTY OF ANY SUCH ACTION SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ITS REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES INCURRED IN PROSECUTING OR DEFENDING THAT DISPUTE.
Forum Selection Clause. Xx. Xxxxx and LP agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for the adjudication of any claims or breach of this Agreement shall be in the Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tennessee.
