Flood Hazard Sample Clauses

The Flood Hazard clause defines the responsibilities and disclosures related to properties located in areas prone to flooding. It typically requires the seller to inform the buyer if the property is in a designated flood zone or has a history of flood damage, and may outline any obligations regarding flood insurance or compliance with local regulations. This clause ensures that buyers are aware of potential flood risks, helping them make informed decisions and manage potential liabilities associated with flood hazards.
