Flood Hazard. Lender shall have received and approved evidence that none of the Properties are located in an area designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as a special flood hazard area, or flood hazard insurance acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion is in full force and effect with respect to any Property which is located in a special flood hazard area.
