Flashlights Clause Samples

The 'Flashlights' clause establishes requirements regarding the provision, use, or maintenance of flashlights within a particular context, such as a workplace, event, or construction site. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for supplying flashlights, the standards or conditions the flashlights must meet (such as brightness or battery life), and any protocols for their use during power outages or low-light situations. Its core practical function is to ensure safety and preparedness by guaranteeing that adequate lighting is available when needed, thereby reducing the risk of accidents or disruptions due to insufficient visibility.
