First Order. Abbott and Seattle Genetics shall cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for Seattle Genetics’ first commercial order of Bulk Drug Substance in anticipation of regulatory approval of Bulk Drug Substance.
First Order. The first order placed by Endo shall have a lead time of four (4) months after approval of printing proofs.
First Order. Hovione and Client will cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for Client’s first order of Product as part of Manufacturing Services.
First Order. The first purchase order for a Developed Product will be placed by Medtronic approximately 90 days prior to commercial release of the Developed Product. Subsequently, Medtronic will place orders for the next succeeding months on a monthly basis, at the time that it provides its forecast described in Section 5.3, with all such subsequent purchase orders submitted at least 60 days in advance of the earliest scheduled delivery date for such order.
First Order. Abbott and InterMune shall cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for the first commercial order of Bulk Drug Substance to be placed by InterMune with Abbott in anticipation of regulatory approval of Bulk Drug Substance.
First Order. Hospira and Company shall cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for the first commercial order of Product to be placed by Company with Hospira in anticipation of regulatory approval of Product.
First Order. Hospira and MediciNova shall cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for the first commercial order of Products to be placed by MediciNova with Hospira in anticipation of regulatory approval of the Products.
First Order. Albemarle and Customer shall cooperate fully and negotiate in good faith in estimating and scheduling the first order of commercial quantities of Product (“First Order”) to be placed by Customer, with the mutual goal of the Parties that the First Order be scheduled for completion and delivery to Customer or its designee not later than six (6) months after the date the First Order is placed by Customer.
First Order. Xxxxxx and ZymoGenetics shall cooperate fully in estimating and scheduling production for ZymoGenetics’ first commercial order of Bulk Drug Substance in anticipation of regulatory approval of Bulk Drug Substance.
First Order. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx dba Natalie's Wholesale agrees to purchase Five- Hundred $500,000.00 from Gigantic Parfums LLC on June 27. 2011. Gigantic Parfums will grant Natalie's wholesale a 9% cash discount off the invoice amount equaling $45,000.00. Gigantic Parfums is obligated to fulfill Natalie's purchase order in the amount of $500,000 within the 1 year after the first ship date, unless Natalie's request different. · Gigantic Parfums LLC will grant Natalie's Wholesale a credit for the amount paid of the "First order" if Natalie's wholesale decides to cancels and/or changes the order. In the event Natalie's Wholesale cancels and/or changes the order. GP will exchange the dollar amount for Xxxxxx Xxxxx or Xxxx Xxxxx'x regular perfume products. Natalie's Wholesale will give GP 30 days written notice of such exchange.
