Financial Relationship. A direct or indirect ownership or investment interest (including an option or non-vested interest) in any entity. This direct or indirect interest may be in the form of equity, debt, or other means, and includes any indirect ownership or investment interest no matter how may levels removed from a direct interest; or a compensation arrangement with an entity.

Financial Relationship. A. XEF has the ultimate authority to accept or deny acceptance of gifts to the Foundation in accordance with its mission and state and federal laws.

This relationship could be in the form of a stock swap, purchase of an equity position by one Party in the other or of both Parties in each other, stock option based on purchases value, or any other form mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
