Final Progress Report. The Final Progress Report shall be a comprehensive report that shall include sufficient information to establish that the milestones identified in Attachment B have been achieved during the grant period and that Grantee has complied with the Grantee’s Budget (Attachment A). The Final Progress Report shall include any other information or data requested by the Grant Administrator needed to assess overall compliance with Grantee’s Budget (Attachment A) and Milestones (Attachment B). The’ Reports shall be in a form as approved in advance by the Grant Administrator. Reprints of publications published pursuant to this award are to be included in the Semi-Annual Progress Reports and the Final Progress Report pursuant to Section 13. The Grantee shall provide immediate notice to the MSF and the Grant Administrator of any material change to activities funded with the Grant, including, but not limited to, changes to key personnel. All material changes to milestones and increases in budget (other than as provided in Section 4B above) must be pre-approved in writing by the Grant Administrator and the MSF.

These reporting requirements apply at the conclusion of every grant.
