FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. 5.4.1 The Federation shall have the right to elect or designate up to one employee for each work group as staff representative. Each work group representative shall have an alternate who shall function only in the absence of the regular staff representative, all of whom shall have completed their probationary periods.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The duly authorized business representative of the Federation and any other representative duly authorized in writing by the Federation shall be furnished a pass to the studio. He/she shall be permitted to visit, during working hours, any portion of the studio necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Federation. The Producer shall respond promptly to requests by the Federation, through such representatives, for information relating to Producer's performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement. Upon request by the Federation, through such representatives, the Producer shall, at its option, either (i) permit such representatives of Federation to view, on the Producer's premises, or (ii) loan to the Federation a print of any motion picture subject to this Agreement.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The term "Federation Representative" as used in this Agreement refers to a person who has been officially so designated in writing to the President of a College and the Chancellor by the Federation President.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. 4.1 Each federation shall within thirty days of the entry into force of this agreement appoint one contractor to act as the representative of the federation with regard to the other federations and the co-ordinator. The FR shall be member of the PMB.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The duly authorized business representative of the Federation shall be furnished a pass to the Studio. He shall be permitted to visit during working hours any portion of the Studio necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Federation.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE a person designated by the Federation to perform duties on behalf of the Federation, in accordance with this Collective Agreement.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. 5.1 Each federation shall forthwith upon the entry into force of this agreement appoint one party to act as the representative of the federation with regard to the other federations and the co-ordinator. Each federation shall be responsible for the definition of any rules or procedures regarding the appointment and replacement of the FR. Each FR shall nominate a representative which shall be its member of the PMB as well as a deputy or a proxy.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The Federation shall notify the County in writing of its representative of the Federation. Upon proper introduction and notice, the representative shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County during all working hours to conduct Federation business. This representative shall observe any security regulations of the County. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The term "Federation Representative" as used in this Agreement shall mean any duly authorized designee of the Federation.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The Federation shall certify to the County employees authorized to act as Federation Representatives. Representatives may receive but not solicit, and may discuss, complaints and grievances of employees on the premises and time of the County, but only to such extent as does not neglect, retard or interfere with the work and duties of the Representative or with the work or duties of employees. Representatives shall be granted reasonable time off during regularly scheduled working hours without loss of pay or other benefits to investigate grievances upon approval of their immediate supervisor. Representatives shall record the time they use investigating grievances on their monthly time sheets. If the permitted activities would interfere with either the Representative or the grievant's duties, the direct supervisor(s) shall, within the next working day, arrange a mutually satisfactory time for the requested activities. No more than one (1) shall be involved in the same grievance.
