Facility Visits. (a) Licensee shall have the right to show the Facility to visitors and invitees, provided that:
Facility Visits. Representatives of KHK and DICERNA may, upon reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours, visit the facilities where the Research Collaboration work is being conducted.
Facility Visits. In addition to a Party's employees located at the other Party's facilities pursuant to Section 3.1, representatives of Lilly and Isis may, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, (a) visit the facilities where the Collaboration is being conducted, including by Third Parties, (b) consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with personnel for the other Party performing work on the Collaboration, and (c) with the other Party's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, visit the sites of any experiments or tests being conducted by, or on behalf of, such other Party in connection with the Collaboration. On such visits, an employee of the Party being visited shall accompany the employee(s) of the visiting Party. If requested by a Party, the other Party shall cause appropriate individuals working on the Collaboration to be reasonably available for meetings at times and places reasonably convenient to the Party subject to such request.
Facility Visits. Except in the event of a Force Majeure or System Emergency, from and after the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall accommodate Buyer’s requests to visit the Facility during Seller’s regular business hours upon reasonable notice. Seller shall not be required to allow more than two (2) such visits per year. Any such visit shall be subject to Seller’s safety policies applicable to the Facility.
Facility Visits. NMC shall have a right to visit the Facility, with at least six (6) months between visits, to witness the extent and nature of use of the NMC Flotation Technology at the Facility, and USGC shall upon request of NMC provide NMC with a complete description of operating parameters and specifications concerning use of the NMC Flotation Technology at the Facility.

Representatives of Lilly and Phytera may, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, (a) visit the facilities where the Program is being conducted, (b) consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with personnel for the other Party performing work on the Program, and (c) with the other Party's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, visit the sites of any experiments or tests being conducted by such other Party in connection with the Program. On such visits, an employee of the Party conducting the research shall accompany the employee(s) of the visiting Party. If requested by the other Party, Phytera and Lilly shall cause appropriate individuals working on the Program to be reasonably available for meetings at times and places reasonably convenient to the Party responding to such request.
Facility Visits. Emergent may arrange for a reasonable number of its employees and/or consultants to visit the Facility, at mutually agreed times, for the purpose of observing such Facility and meeting to discuss the Development Program work and its results with the employees of HPA.
Facility Visits. Upon reasonable prior notice to IMMUNEX, AASTROM or --------------- its designee may (but shall not be required to) have its representatives audit IMMUNEX's production of Supplied Products for material compliance with current GMP, including observing at any time the manufacture of any Supplied Product, or any quality control or other services provided by IMMUNEX. These representatives shall comply with all applicable safety and security rules while present at facilities owned or operated by IMMUNEX.
Facility Visits. The terms and conditions of Sponsor audits and other visits are provided in the Quality Agreement.
Facility Visits. Subject to Xxxxxxx’x safety procedures, access control SOPs, and confidentiality limitations, Brammer will permit Customer’s representatives during the term of this Agreement, to visit the Facility at mutually agreed upon times, to support technology transfer and/or observe procedures and processes at mutually agreed upon times with reasonable advance notification to Brammer. Customer will give Brammer reasonable advanced notice of any proposed visit, but no fewer than [**] prior notice, and identify the individuals who will be in attendance, provided however that [**] notice will be required where Customer’s representatives wish to visit the Facility in connection with a for-cause audit or an urgent Product safety related matter. All visits will be during Xxxxxxx’x normal business hours on weekdays and conducted in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with Xxxxxxx’x Services and does not otherwise unreasonably interfere with normal business activities.
