EXTRA MATERIALS. As part of the Work, Contractor shall provide spare parts, extra maintenance materials, and other materials or products in the quantities specified in the specifications, prior to final payment. The certificate of Substantial Completion shall state the date of Substantial Completion, the responsibilities of the Owner and CM/GC for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work and insurance, and the time within which CM/GC shall finish all items on the punchlist accompanying the Certificate. Both completion notices must be signed by CM/GC and the Owner to be valid. The Owner shall provide the final signature on the notices. The notices shall take effect on the date they are signed by the Owner.
EXTRA MATERIALS. A. Provide 10% of the total or a minimum of three (3) manual pull stations.
