Exploration. (a) The Contractor shall submit, for the approval of the Designated Authority, an Exploration Work Programme and Budget for each Calendar Year.
Exploration. 4.1 The Contractor shall commence exploration in accordance with the time schedule stipulated in the programme of activities set out in schedule 2 hereto and shall adhere to such time periods or any modification thereto as provided for by this contract.
