Evaluation Program. This is the Evaluation Operations plan presented by THE CONTRACTOR to the XXX, as per Clause 7 hereto, with the purpose of evaluating a Discovery and determining whether it is a Commercial Field. The performance of the Evaluation Program and submittal of the report on the results to XXX are requisites to declare whether a Discovery is a Commercial Field.
Evaluation Program. It is the program that will be developed in order to determine if the Field is commercially exploitable or not as foreseen in Article 14.

Evaluation Program. 4.1.1 With respect to each Promoter Profile, promptly following Spark’s selection in accordance with Section 3.8.3 of Option Promoters with respect to a particular Promoter Profile, Senti shall provide a data package to Spark, which data package will be in the form of the template data package attached as Exhibit G and include: [***] (each, a “Data Package”). In addition, together with delivery of the Data Package, Senti shall deliver all Senti Materials for such Option Promoters that are specified in the Research Plan. The Parties may modify the required contents of the Data Package or the Senti Materials to be provided to Spark by means of an amendment to the Research Plan approved in accordance with Section 3.2. If Spark believes in good faith that a Data Package or Senti Materials are incomplete, it shall notify Senti within [***] following Spark’s receipt of such Data Package or Senti Materials. If Senti disagrees, it shall provide written notice to Spark thereof (“Dispute Notice”) within [***] following Senti’s receipt of such notice, and such dispute shall be escalated to the Executive Officers, who will attempt to resolve such dispute within [***] following Spark’s receipt of the Dispute Notice. If the Executive Officers do not resolve such dispute [***] after such dispute is escalated to the Executive Officers, either Party may submit such dispute to an independent Third Party expert agreed upon by the Parties who shall resolve such dispute no later than [***] thereafter. If the Executive Officers or the Third Party expert determine(s) that (i) the initial Data Package or Senti Materials are incomplete, the Evaluation Period shall [***], or (ii) the initial Data Package and Senti Materials are complete, the Evaluation Period shall [***] the costs of such independent Third Party expert.
Evaluation Program. 8.1 Provider will participate as requested with Ramsell and any applicable governmental entity and the SPONSOR in evaluative studies designed to show the effectiveness of Provider's and Xxxxxxx'x Program and services. Provider agrees to meet the requirements of and participate in the program evaluation and management information system of Ramsell.
Evaluation Program. Xxxx.xxx assists and supports participating Entities in implementing the Xxxx.xxx Program. Xxxx.xxx continually researches and evaluates the effectiveness of the Xxxx.xxx Program in order to update instructional, curricular and assessment materials and otherwise improve the instruction that participating Entities provide to students. These efforts include the development and validation of assessments, surveys and/or other measurement tools during an Entity’s participation in the Xxxx.xxx Program. Xxxx.xxx, of its own accord or through its designated representative(s) for evaluation, hereafter referred to as “Evaluator”, will provide, and the Entity will participate in, the Xxxx.xxx systematic assessment and evaluation process. The Evaluator will be a neutral third party. The Entity will assist Xxxx.xxx and Evaluator in working through the Entity’s standard procedures for obtaining access to data for the purposes of evaluation as detailed below. The Entity may provide the Evaluator with individual student achievement and assessment data and limited demographic data (as detailed below). The Entity may facilitate student participation in survey and interview data collection conducted by the Evaluator. Entity will not provide Xxxx.xxx any individual student achievement or demographic data, but will provide Xxxx.xxx with classroom and school average scores on Xxxx.xxx assessments. Individual student data given to the Evaluator by the Entity shall be de-identified and contain a unique de-identified student number that cannot be used to re-identify the student (for example, a one-way mapped version of the Entity student ID). This de-identified student data will be used solely for the purpose of analyzing student performance over time and contain no personally identifiable student information.

Execution of the Evaluation Program and also the presentation of the final report to the ANH arx xequirements to declare whether a Discovery is a commercial Field.
