The incremental fee collected must be separately identified in the event statement of revenues and expenses and must be expensed to the venue operator to off−set snow management fees directly related to preparation of the event tracks. The OC is responsible for presenting a plan to the SDD for approval eight (8) weeks prior to the event start.
