You further agree to the terms of the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B, which are incorporated herein by reference as if a part of this Agreement and acknowledge that you have entered into such Restrictive Covenant Agreement at the time of your entry into this Agreement and further acknowledge and agrees that you will enter into an amendment to such Restrictive Covenant Agreement, which will modify the non-solicitation covenants contained therein, on the first business day after January 1, 2008.
