Employee Names. The employer shall provide the Association with names and addresses of all bargaining unit personnel no later than October 15 of each school year and of all bargaining unit personnel employed after September 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

Employee Names. 27.5.1 The employer, except as provided for in subclause 26.5.2 of this clause, shall supply to the Union (upon written request) a list of names and addresses of all workers covered by the “NZ Cleaners and Cleaning Contractors Multi Employer Collective Employment Agreement 2018- 2019”, but not more frequently than every 2 months.

The District shall provide CSEA with names and work locations of all bargaining unit personnel no later than October 15 of each school year and of all bargaining unit personnel employed after September 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment. The District shall inform CSEA of such names and work locations by providing a copy of each board agenda and minutes to the President of CSEA Chapter #47.
Employee Names. The names of all employees separated from the payroll, recalled or hire, on layoff or on leave of absence shall be furnished quarterly to the Association.
