Eligible Receivable. Each Receivable in which a ------------------- Participation and security interest is granted to the Trust that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount is an Eligible Receivable and, in the case of Receivables in which a security interest is granted to the Trust after the Effective Date, on the related Receivables Contribution Date, each such Receivable that is included in the calculation of the Aggregate Receivables Amount on such related Receivables Contribution Date is an Eligible Receivable.
