Electronic Billing. Except as provided in Section 4.7 below, all payments hereunder shall be made by credit card. You hereby authorize Intermedia to electronically charge Your credit card for payment for the Services and/or Voice Services. You hereby authorize Intermedia to (i) make such charges as necessary for payment of current and outstanding bills and invoices, and recurring fees; (ii) make additional attempts to charge should the initial attempt fail; and
Electronic Billing. All billing for Services may be provided electronically (“Electronic Billing”). You acknowledge and agree that You are able to view all Electronic Billing and consent to receiving Electronic Billing and decline to receive hard copies of any such materials.

Electronic Billing. Without limiting the Products and/or Services that may fall within the term “Electronic Billing” hereunder in the future, the parties agree that, as of the Commencement Date, the Services provided under this Agreement that fall within the term “Electronic Billing” are as follows: PDF Presentment Services, Statement Express, Statement Express API, Exact View and Exact View API. With respect to any Client that is subject to the exclusivity obligations described in the first sentence of this Section 3(f), CSG acknowledges and agrees that it is not a violation of such exclusivity obligations if such Client sells, transfers or otherwise divests any cable system(s) or business unit(s) receiving Products and/or Services under this Agreement (whether such transaction takes the form of a conveyance of assets or equity, merger, consolidation or other business reorganization). For purposes of the preceding sentence, “divest” shall mean a sale or transfer to an entity that is not a TWC Company.
Electronic Billing. Contractor shall use electronic billing under DDS’s Regional Center e-Billing System Web application for all of Contractor’s invoices to Center under this Agreement.
Electronic Billing. Avaya invoices and Customer payments will be processed via Avaya’s electronic bill application. Customer shall inform Avaya in writing of any disputed portion of an invoice within 15 days from the date of Avaya’s invoice.

You hereby authorise Intermedia to electronically charge Your credit card or bank account for payment for the Services and/or Voice Services. You hereby authorise Intermedia to (i) make such charges as necessary for payment of current and outstanding bills and invoices, and recurring fees; (ii) make additional attempts to charge should the initial attempt fail; and (iii) in the event that You provide Intermedia with different credit card information to correct any failure, act upon Your instructions, whether by phone, in writing, or by other means, that Intermedia reasonably believes to be genuine.
Electronic Billing. Paperless transactions will be used as broadly as the parties are capable. It is the intention of the parties to memorialize each shipment transaction with a computer-produced short form xxxx of lading subject to terms and conditions specified above. All the terms of this Contract shall apply to each such shipment. Any reference in such xxxx of lading to "classifications and tariffs" shall have no application with regard to shipments transported under this Contract. In the case of any inconsistency between any other sources and this Contract, the terms, conditions and provisions of this Contract shall govern.
Electronic Billing. All payments hereunder shall be made by PayPal or credit card. Jumpstart Partner hereby authorizes Ecwid to electronically charge its credit card for payment for the Services. Jumpstart Partner hereby authorizes Ecwid to: (a) make such charges as necessary for payment of current and outstanding bills and invoices, and recurring fees; (b) make additional attempts to charge should the initial attempt fail; and (c) in the event that Jumpstart Partner provides Ecwid with different credit card information to correct any failure, act upon its instructions, whether by phone, in writing, or by other means, that Ecwid reasonably believes to be genuine.
