Electrical Outlets Clause Samples

The 'Electrical Outlets' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities regarding the provision, placement, and maintenance of electrical outlets within a property or premises. Typically, this clause specifies the minimum number of outlets, their locations in various rooms, and the standards they must meet for safety and functionality. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause ensures that tenants or occupants have adequate access to power sources and helps prevent disputes over insufficient or improperly installed outlets.
