Effective Date of Notice. The notice in connection with this Contract shall become effective from the date when such notice is received by the BUYER or by the BUILDER except otherwise described in the Contract. (End of Article)
Effective Date of Notice. The effective date of any offer, demand, notice or instrument shall be the date of actual (as opposed to presumptive) delivery to the addressee.
