Earning Points. Regular Full Time Employees will be provided four hundred and eighty (480) points for each full year of work. These points will be provided on the Employee’s annual review date. Employees must have performed paramedic duties during the review period in order to obtain the uniform points. Should an Employee return to work following a Leave of Absence greater than one (1) year, they shall be provided with their allotted points to purchase a new uniform. Regular Part Time Employees will commence earning points upon hire at the rate of three point five (3.5) points for each shift twelve (12) hours worked. Employee’s points will accrue to be used in the following year they were accrued. The Employer will advise the Part Time Employee of the points accrued in January of each year. Part Time Employees cannot earn more points than a Full Time Employee. Points cannot be carried over from year to year.
Earning Points. In order to earn Points, Participants must register for an Account, be signed into the Program, and complete various actions and activities presented in the Program.
Earning Points. You earn one (1) point for each dollar and fractions of a point corresponding to any cents of the amount spent on eligible signature purchase transactions (excluding any applicable transaction fees) made using any Card connected to your Account. EXAMPLE: An eligible $7.86 signature purchase transaction will earn 7.86 points. To make a signature purchase transaction: during checkout, select “CREDIT” on the keypad. You can also earn points when you enroll in or use certain Account features. From time to time, we may offer additional opportunities for you to earn points. We will present all information about the number of points you can earn and any other applicable terms when we make the offer available. Earning Points. 5.1 On presentation of your Card, you will automatically earn Mighty Rewards Points with every qualifying purchase made at your nominated Mitre 10 store selected during your initial application.
Earning Points. 4.1 The Pool revenues shall be shared according to a distribution key based on Pool earning points allocated to each Pool Vessel (“Pool Earning Points”). The Pool Earning Points allocated to the Vessel shall, as correctly as possible, reflect the relative earning potential of the Vessel compared with the other Pool Vessels.
Earning Points a. Your Rewards Account is awarded Points based on the Earn Rate for Net Purchases charged to your Account during the operation of the Program. For purposes of these Terms, Net Purchases has the meaning set out below.
Earning Points. The Program is based on a Points system. Subject to the terms of this Contract, you will earn Points based on the dollar amount of Purchases you make on your Eligible Card. You will not earn Points on Cash Advances, Xxxx-Like Transactions, Balance Transfers, writing Visa Cheques or for the amounts you pay in interest, annual fees or any other types of fees on your Visa Account. The number of Points you will earn depends on the type of Visa Card you have. Earning Points. During the operation of the Program, Points are awarded for the Net Purchase of goods and services charged to your Card Account provided your Card Account is in Good Standing at the time the Purchase is posted to your Card Account. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “Net Purchases” includes purchases of goods, services or Rewards charged to the Card Account, but excludes Cash Advances, miscellaneous credit adjustments, all account related fees, interest charges and administrative/service charges. Points cannot be earned after the date your Card Account is closed or the date the Program is terminated whichever occurs first. After this date, you will not earn Points for Net Purchases that have not been posted to your Card Account or for purchases of Rewards charged to your Card Account. We reserve the right to determine which Net Purchases qualify for Points. From time to time, we may offer additional Points, Points-earning accelerators, welcome bonuses or promotional offers (Bonus Offers). Each Bonus Offer will be conditional upon you satisfying the conditions in the applicable Bonus Offer and subject to these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions associated with the Bonus Offer.
Earning Points. You can earn Points for your purchases of qualifying GAF products, excluding sales tax, shipping and handling fees, discounts, returns and refunds. Points earned for a qualifying purchase that is returned or cancelled may be deducted from your Portal Account. The percentage back in Points that you can earn is set forth below: Business Type % Back in GAF Rewards Points GAF Master Elite Contractors 1.25% GAF Certified Contractors 1.0% Roofing Contractors Not Certified by GAF, Builders and Remodeling Companies 0.75% To make a claim for Points, login to your Portal Account, click the “Submit Invoice” tab and follow the instructions for submitting your proof of purchase. Your proof of purchase must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. If your claim for Points is approved, the Points will be posted to your Program Account. If your claim for Points is not approved, the Administrator will be notified via email. Allow 10 business days for claim processing. Always keep copies of your proof of purchase for your records. POINTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROPERTY OF YOURS OR OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. POINTS HAVE NO CASH VALUE. POINTS MAY NOT BE BOUGHT, SOLD, AUCTIONED, TRADED, BARTERED, COMBINED, ASSIGNED, CONVEYED, OR TRANSFERRED, UNLESS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY GAF IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE PROGRAM IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
