Dumpsters. The Property will provide a dumpster at a location of its choosing for use by Seasonal Campers for only household garbage generated while at the Property (No rugs, grills, lawn furniture, mowers, bikes, etc. are allowed in the property dumpsters.) Anyone disposing of items other than household garbage generated while at the park may be subject to a fine and possible ejection/eviction.
Dumpsters. Dumpsters provided by the CONTRACTOR shall meet accepted industry standards. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain Dumpsters as necessary to maintain efficient and sanitary services.
Dumpsters. Dumpsters are provided at the job site for Contractor use only. Due to restrictions of what materials may go into specific landfills, household debris may not be deposited in construction dumpsters unless explicitly approved by the Contractor. Additional fees may apply if anyone other than the Contractor uses the dumpsters.
Dumpsters. A dumpster is provided for the use by student. Student is responsible to place garbage inside the dumpster, not beside. Use by non-student is prohibited, and subject to citation and/or legal prosecution.
Dumpsters. Dumpsters shall be located on site. If not possible, dumpsters on street must be approved by Public Works. Dumpsters shall be removed only during approved hours of operation.
Dumpsters. Area around trash dumpsters and parking areas are to be kept clean by contractor.
Dumpsters. Dumping of offsite garbage or debris is strictly prohibited. Dumping of appliances, vehicle parts, construction materials, etc. is strictly prohibited. Violators of this policy will be charged for removal of their garbage and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Dumpsters. The Contractor may supply dumpsters or other large receptacles, at its own expense, to multi-family residential properties and/or nonresidential estab- lishments willing to accept such dumpsters or other receptacles, to assist the Contractor in collecting refuse to be collected under this Agreement. If the Contractor does not believe that supplying a special dumpster or other large re- ceptacle will be cost-efficient for Contractor in performing its duties hereunder, but the owner or occupant of any property in the Borough desires such a dump- ster or other receptacle for its own convenience, the Contractor may sell or lease such a dumpster or other receptacle directly to the owner or occupant at such price as they may agree, provided that the owner or occupant may purchase or lease a dumpster or other receptacle from any other party, rather than the Con- tractor, and the Contractor must accept collection of refuse from such dumpster or other receptacle, if the dumpster or other receptacle is substantially equiva- lent to one proposed for use by the Contractor and is placed in a location which would be acceptable to Contractor if it were supplied by the Contractor. The Contractor shall supply, at no cost to the Borough, all dumpsters reasonably re- quested by the Borough for disposal of collectable municipal waste generated or present on property owned or leased by the Borough.
Dumpsters. Evesham Township shall provide on-site dumpsters for disposal of trash and recycling. Evesham Township is responsible for ensuring all dumpsters are emptied regularly. The OTC shall not be responsible for hauling trash and/or recycling off-site. Building Keys and Codes Evesham Township shall provide keys, alarm codes and any other necessary access codes for the performance of this agreement. Keys shall be returned to Evesham Township upon termination of this agreement.
Dumpsters. Please do not put leaves, hot ashes, large boxes (not broken down), metal objects, large wood items (burn at your camp site) or anything but bagged trash in the dumpsters. If you have any of these items you must dispose of them at home. The dumpsters are a convenience for tenants. If it gets abused, it will be removed. Let’s keep the park clean, please.
