Drywall. The basic tool kit required by drywall finishers receiving the applicable rate of wages shall consist of the following: - Hawks and curved blade drywall trowels – 4-1/2”, 10", 14"; putty knives; block sander; pole sander; drywall hammer; utility knife; clincher for corner bead. - The employer shall supply the employee with one (1) drill paddle per year, any additional drill paddles shall be supplied by the employee. - All power tools shall be supplied by the employer.

Drywall. For one (1) year after the Date of Warranty, Seller will repair all cracks, nail pops, nail dimples, cracked or exposed xxxxx bead, trowel marks, excess joint compound, or blisters in drywall tape. Painting will be touched up to match as closely as possible, provided that the original paint is a standard in the project and has not been repainted with some other color. Hairline cracks are not unusual, and the repair of cracks not exceeding 1/16-inch in width is not required under the applicable Construction Performance Guidelines; nonetheless, Seller agrees to repair hairline cracks once, and recommends that such hairline cracks all be addressed at the end of the one-year Limited Warranty coverage. Drywall. Due to the shortage of building materials in the Unites States, some homes were built or renovated using problem dry wall imported from or manufactured in China. Problem drywall reportedly emits levels of sulfur, methane and/or other volatile organic compounds that cause corrosion of circuit breakers, air conditioner and refrigerator coils, copper tubing, electrical wiring, computer wiring and other household items as well as create noxious odors which may also pose health risks. Seller has no knowledge of the presence of Chinese/problem drywall or of any records or reports pertaining to Chinese/problem drywall affecting the Property. Buyer acknowledges that the Buyer is purchasing the Property in its current “AS IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS” condition and Buyer is being given/has been given the opportunity to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of Chinese/problem drywall.
Drywall. Section 6.1. In addition to the wage scales listed in Sched- ule “A” herein, all persons, parities, firms or corporations coming under the scope of this Agreement, who are, or may become signatory parties to this Agreement, agree that the existing Pension Trust Fund including all amendments shall continue in full force and effect for the purpose of providing Pension benefits for all eligible employees covered by this Agreement, and shall pay into the existing Oregon-Wash- ington Carpenters-Employers Pension Fund amounts per compensable man-hour, as detailed in Schedule “A”. Drywall. Seller will repair drywall defects agreed upon in writing at the final walk-through. Seller will not be responsible if cracks or nail pops that appear after that time unless cracks exceed 1/8” inch.
