Drawdown Schedule. The Borrower shall make the drawdown under the Entrusted Loan in accordance with the Drawdown Schedule set forth in Item (a) below:
Drawdown Schedule. Without limiting clause 6.1, the Producer must complete each Milestone and deliver all of the Deliverables for that Milestone in accordance with the Drawdown Schedule.

Drawdown Schedule. (a) Any Drawdown Schedule shall, save in relation to the calculation of the Commitment Fee, be non-binding on the Borrower and shall be for information purposes only.

Drawdown Schedule. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company may draw down the Aggregate Loan Facility in one or more installments as determined by the Company as follows:
