Donor Recognition. Disclosure of Fund Name On Grants All grants from our fund will be anonymous. (Recipients of grants will not know the grant came from your fund.) Our fund name will be disclosed on all grants unless we notify YouthBridge to process a grant as anonymous. Publication of Fund Name YouthBridge may disclose our Fund’s name in its publications and online. YouthBridge may not disclose our Fund’s name in its publications or online.
Donor Recognition. The “Friends” shall be entitled, subject to applicable law and reasonable discretion of the DNR, to place and maintain in a visible location at the Site Improvements, at its own cost, a plaque, sign or other designation identifying its gift, subject to approval by the DNR prior to installation. The DNR may also recognize the donor pursuant to any applicable State of Michigan policy or procedure.
Donor Recognition. LCZ shall develop a written recognition or naming rights plan for LCZ’s expansion, which must be reviewed by CITY.

In coordination and consultation with UAF, UAAA donor recognition activities shall be continued for those individuals providing gifts designated to support the operations and activities of UAAA. Donor Recognition. SFPA and RNVTS may, as a component of their fundraising campaign, wish to establish a donor recognition program. RPD agrees to seek Commission approval for the program in a manner consistent with the Park Code and Commission policy.

With prior written approval from the Director, Partner shall have the right to erect donor recognition in the Park that Partner deems reasonable to honor donors to the Park provided that such donor recognition follows applicable City Code related to signage design. In recognition of Xxxxx’s contribution, Charity shall enroll Donor in its Living Legacy Program (see Attachment A) at the level, entitling Donor to an Eternal Reef to be created in Donor’s honor at the time of need and placed at one of Charity’s Standard Placement locations on the ocean floor. Within 2 years of your death Charity will cast, transport and place your Eternal Reef; after 2 years, additional funds may be required.
Donor Recognition. Due to its (statutory) goals and nature EuGMS may not announce and publicize the Grant in recognition of Funder’s support. However, sponsorship will be published in its financial records as a percentage of Society income in accordance with the applicable transparency rules of the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Unless if otherwise agreed upon between the Parties, EuGMS shall otherwise not disclose the other Party’s name and the amount of the Grant. to any other person or organisation except where legally required Any such consent shall in any even not be given or validly consented to if the use of the EuGMS logo may in any way affect its reputation or scientific credibility. EuGMS shall decide sovereignly with no need to justify its decision. Should both Parties wish to make a public communication relating to the Grant, Parties shall meet and confer in order to draft a common statement.
Donor Recognition. DONOR will be named as a member of the Legacy Society of the Community Foundation of Broward in publications unless DONOR instructs the FOUNDATION to keep name anonymous.
Donor Recognition. Client may publicly acknowledge the Gift in accordance with Client’s customary donor recognition practices unless Donor otherwise instructs Client.
