Document Fee. Unless waived prior to the Effective Date, Licensee shall pay to University ten thousand dollars ($10,000), as a document fee, within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
Document Fee. (a) The Document Fee is payable before any Template Documents are generated and the Matter can be progressed to a lawyer.
Document Fee. If I ask for a copy of my Application, loan agreement, billing statement or other document, I may be charged $10 per document.
Document Fee. On the Execution Date and the first Closing, the Company shall immediately wire $10,000 and $5,000, respectively, to the Investor’s general partner.
Document Fee. We may charge you $10 for each VISA draft copy you request for your Account. If the request relates to a billing error and we determine that a billing error was made, any photocopying charges will be refunded.
Document Fee. The Company agrees to pay Investor a document preparation fee of $5,000 with such fee being deducted from amounts owed the Company from the first Put Notice delivered to the Investor.
Document Fee. [11] Licensee shall pay to University a fee of $10,000 upon execution of this Agreement to partially defray the University’s administrative costs in negotiating substantive changes to this document. Document fee is waived. [11]This fee is separate from the Upfront Fee of 10.1 and can be used to defray administrative or outside counsel expenses incurred in negotiations.

Document Fee. The Document Fee shall be payable on the Effective Date. The Document Fee shall be fully earned on the Effective Date and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever. Lender shall deduct the Document Fee from the amount distributed at funding to Borrower, but, for the avoidance of doubt, the Document Fee shall not be deducted from the Principal Amount due under the Loan.
Document Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Document Fee to the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lender) on the Maturity Date.
