DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY. Cetoni hereby grants Fackelmann the exclusive distribution right with regard to the Subject-Product.
DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY. Licensee's Distribution Territory shall be worldwide for the runtime version only of the Products and United States and Canada only for the development version of the Products.

Beacon agrees to advise all licensees of distribution rights outside the Territory of the specific territories which have been licensed to Universal hereunder as part of the Territory.
DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY. Reseller shall be entitled to distribute Software only directly to End Users, and shall not use distributors or other third party intermediaries. Reseller shall not distribute the Software outside of, or for use outside of, the European Community.
