Distribution Centers. Set forth in Item 6.27 of the Disclosure Schedule is a true and correct list of all distribution centers leased by the Obligors as of the Closing Date.
Distribution Centers. (i) A Subsidiary of Seller owns, directly or indirectly, good and valid fee simple title in and to the real property commonly referred to as the Chillicothe Distribution Center, located in Chillicothe, Ohio (the “Chillicothe Distribution Center”), subject only to Permitted Exceptions, which is an Owned Real Property accurately identified on Schedule 1.2(a)(i), and good and valid leasehold interests in and to the real property commonly referred to as the Bedford Distribution Center, located in Bedford, Pennsylvania (the “Bedford Distribution Center”), and the Keyser Distribution Center, located in Keyser, West Xxxxxxxx (the “Keyser Distribution Center”, and, together with the Chillicothe Distribution Center, the Bedford Distribution Center, and the Keyser Distribution Center, the “Distribution Centers”).
Distribution Centers. During the term of this Agreement, CVS will designate Cardinal as the primary wholesale pharmaceutical supplier to all distribution centers operated by CVS ("CVS PHARMACY DCS") subject to Section 1(b)
Distribution Centers. From and after the Closing Date, Inventory located at the Medford, Oregon and Knoxville, Tennessee distribution centers of MFI shall be used solely to support direct response sales fulfillment, provided, however, Borrowers may from time to time transfer Inventory from MFI to GCS in order to correct overstock situations and to use repackaged, slow moving, or discontinued items for promotional purposes or as GCS may otherwise reasonably deem appropriate.

Distribution Centers. 4.1 AGT hereby assigns and delegates, and BTC hereby acccpts, certain of AGT's rights and obligations with respect to AGT's 20,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center in Denver, Colorado and its facility in Cleveland, Ohio; provided, in each case that such assigned and delegated rights and oblivaions are limited to the followin-: assionment of leases, rcnts, takina over the util;,ies accounts and operating costs, employee salary base and other employee expenses. Distribution Centers. Within 149 days following the Effective Date, Flemxxx xxxl make investments in existing Distribution Centers and establish new Distribution Centers both as required to service the Stores commencing as promptly as practicable and in no event later than the expiration of the 149-day period referred to above and continuing during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the Distribution Center located in Massillon, Ohio, such investments shall be made in 2002. At Kmart's request, Flemxxx xxxll make its general plans for implementation of the Start-Up Costs (as defined in Schedule 5) available to Kmart for review.
Distribution Centers. Distributor may have multiple warehouses in different geographic locations (each, a “Distribution Center” or “DC”) and shall assign each Member who purchases Medical-Surgical Products and Services from Distributor to a primary DC. This assignment must be reported quarterly in accordance with Exhibit G.
