Distribution Centers. During the term of this Agreement, CVS will designate Cardinal as the primary wholesale pharmaceutical supplier to all distribution centers centers, whether now or hereafter owned, managed or operated by CVS ("CVS PHARMACY DCS"). A comprehensive list of all of the CVS Pharmacy DCs as of the Commencement Date (the "TOTAL DC LIST") subject to is set forth in the Section 1(b)) Disclosure Schedule.
