Dissemination Agent. The City may, from time to time, appoint or engage a Dissemination Agent to assist it in carrying out its obligations under this Disclosure Agreement, and may discharge any such Dissemination Agent, with or without appointing’ a successor Dissemination Agent. The initial Dissemination Agent shall be the City.

The Administrator, as initial Dissemination Agent, may resign its duties under this Disclosure Agreement as provided for in its administrative services agreement with the Authority. If at any time there is not any other designated Dissemination Agent, the Authority shall be the Dissemination Agent.

The Dissemination Agent may resign by providing 30 days’ written notice to the Community Facilities District and the Trustee. If at any time there is not any other designated Dissemination Agent, the Trustee shall be the Dissemination Agent.
