Disconnect. Upon receiving a call disconnect message from either a mobile or land subscriber unit, the MSC records the disconnect time in the call record, in addition to the previously recorded answer time, and initiates a disconnect sequence to release the utilized resources (e.g., voice channel, trunks). The call record which contains pertinent information such as called number, call time and duration is saved in a data base to be used for billing purposes.

If this Agreement lawfully terminates for any reason whatsoever, or all Well(s) behind a Receipt Point(s) are permanently released from this Agreement, Producer hereby consents to and agrees that Gatherer can disconnect from the Well(s), the Lease(s), or any of the facilities utilized by Producer that delivers Producer’s Gas at such Receipt Point(s) hereunder. This consent and agreement by Producer in this paragraph applies to both Gatherer and Gatherer’s transporter or gatherer, without distinction, and is intended in all respects to satisfy the requirements of any local, state or federal governmental agency having jurisdiction over such matters. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in this Section shall be construed to waive either Party’s rights, remedies or obligations under applicable laws, rules or regulations.

For all small cell wireless infrastructure mounted on non‐carrier owned infrastructure (i.e. streetlights, utility poles, traffic signals) the Carrier shall include in the design the ability to easily shut off radio signals and power while City staff and contractors are working on the pole. The disconnect switch shall be clearly labeled in the construction drawings and shall be clearly identified on the pole. The City reserves the right to turn off or disconnect the equipment at any time for necessary operations and maintenance activities.
