The following contract clauses are incorporated by reference from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and apply to the extent indicated. 252.204-7009, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Third-Party Contractor Reported Cyber Incident Information (AUG 2015), if the subcontract or purchase order is for services that include support for the Government’s activities related to safeguarding covered defense information and cyber incident reporting. 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting (AUG 2015). The Seller is required to rapidly report cyber incidents directly to DoD at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx and the Buyer’s Authorized Procurement Representative.
