Development Well. Any well proposed as a Development Operation.
Development Well. A well or portion of a well proposed as a Development Operation.
Development Well. A well drilled under the terms of this Agreement for carrying out development oil or development gas drilling, as those terms are defined in sections I-27 and I-28.

If a commercial well is completed in a productive res ervoir above the tot al dept h drilled, that portion of the well below the lowes t productive res ervoir to total well depth will be cons idered a dry hole.
Development Well. If the required well is a Development Well, it shall be Drilled by the Sub-Operator designated in the manner provided in Section 14.2 for the account of all Parties in the WIPA in which the well is Drilled; or
