Detailed Engineering. Owner shall prepare and submit to Utility engineering drawings showing the plan and array configuration for the Site, detailed plans of all structures, electrical systems, interfaces with the grid electricity supply and any necessary facility or utility infrastructure improvements and/or modifications.
Detailed Engineering. The Chairman shall use his reasonable efforts to deliver the Detailed Engineering to the Management Committee on or before November 1, 1997. The Management Committee shall meet and consider such Detailed Engineering to determine whether the Company should proceed with Operations on the Properties and the construction of the Initial Plant. The Company shall not commence Operations on the Properties or the construction of the Initial Plant unless and until the Management Committee has approved the Detailed Engineering.

Provider shall prepare and submit for approval to NELHA detailed engineering drawings showing the plan and array configuration for the Site, detailed plans of all structures, electrical systems, interfaces with the grid electricity supply and any necessary facility or utility infrastructure improvements and/or modifications, which approval by NELHA shall not be unreasonably withheld. All major components must be new and not previously used in any other applications. The array wiring routes and the location of the inverter shall be approved by the building division of the local county in which the Site is located. All equipment shall be labeled as required by the current National Electrical Code with special “High Voltage” warning labels where applicable.
Detailed Engineering. Detailed Engineering begins when the Project Manager receives an unrestricted Notice to Proceed.
Detailed Engineering o Conduct surveys, geotechnical studies and other analysis and preparation of drawings, specifications and instructions for the earthwork and civil foundations. o Prepare detail design documents, including drawings and specifications for the structural foundations of the OECs, pipe supports and other equipment at the Facility. o Prepare detailed design documents, including drawings, calculations and specifications for the piping and mechanical portion of the Facility. o Perform detailed design of the modification and enhancement of the existing field gathering system.

Detailed Engineering. It will comprise the development of details for the execution, acquisition, installation, testing and implementation of the industrial manufacturing project. Deliverables in this stage will be plans and technical specifications for the execution of the electromechanical assembly works and the procurement of the necessary equipment and accessories.

Contractor will receive all Equipment O&M manuals, drawings and specifications and will combine them with the manuals, drawings, specifications and instructions for the construction of the Project.
Detailed Engineering. (Budget Period 1 and 2) - In this task, Enerkem and its engineering contractors will carry out detailed engineering for all aspects of the project, including site work, civil engineering, the biorefinery equipment and buildings, and utilities to allow for the preparation of bid packages for all disciplines.
