Desktop. You may distribute the licensed Font Software to the authorized number of users as specified at the time you purchased this license and they may install the Font Software on their computer workstations to create static content for use on any and all consumer products and any and all print mediums. All users must belong to the same company or household purchasing the font. You are not permitted to embed the Font Software into software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the purchasers of such products or to distribute the Font Software to any 3rd parties or to convert the Font Software into other formats. GAME You are permitted to embed or install the Font Software for use as a resource within the number of Game titles specified at the time you purchased this license, for a term of years specified at the time you purchased this license. You must use the Font Software provided by TTF expressly for this purpose and may not convert any other formats for this purpose.

Desktop. This License grants You the perpetual right to use the Fonts as a desktop font. This non- transferable License may only be used by You on computers You own and only up to the maximum number of users specified in the Order Invoice. For clarity, this License is per- ▇▇▇▇▇ to You, the entity or individual specified as the licensee in the Order Invoice. The License extends to Your employees and contractors, only to the extent they are working under Your direction and control. Under no other circumstances may the licensed Fonts be shared with contractors, affiliates or other individuals outside the entity specified in the Order Invoice.

Desktop a. Major campus for break/fix: The objective is 95% next Business Day resolution if the call was entered prior to 3:30 pm. b. Desktop. This End User Licence Agreement is made between you (“the Licensee”) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Branding with Type”). Please read these terms and conditions of this End User Licence Agreement very carefully as this licence contains important information which will govern your use of this Font Software. By downloading and/or using the Font Software you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these licence terms and conditions. Once purchased, this Font Software is non-refundable and these terms and conditions are binding.

Desktop. Desktop fonts are optimised for the production of printed materials, and are made available in OTF format (Open Type). You are allowed to print them on an “Output Device” pro- ducing a usable representation of the Font, such as, but not limited to: a printer, image setter, laser setter, plate maker. You are allowed to produce static images (hereinafter referred to as the “Image files” such as, but not limited to: JPEG, TIFF, PNG) subject to the following restrictions: Image Files must feature fixed images of specific applications of the Licensed Fonts rasterized in a pixel grid. Image Files must not feature outlines of the Licensed Fonts, or permit the extraction or extrapolation of outlines of the Licensed Fonts. The embedding of Fonts into digital documents is permitted so long as the Font Software is subset, the document text can be viewed and printed but not edited and that rea- sonable measures are taken to ensure recipients of such documents cannot extract or use the embedded Fonts. Rasterized copies of images showing the Font are permitted provided the images do not result in all or substantially all of the characters comprising the Font. If the resulting images show most or all of the Font characters, a rasterized showing of the Font is not permitted. In order to transfer digital files over private computer networks, you are entitled to embed the Licensed Fonts in a secured read-only mode, subject to the following restrictions: you shall secure Embedded Doc- uments against any unauthorized use by any third party, as extracting the Software or using the Embedded Licensed For the exclusive purpose of outputting certain files, the licensee is permitted to transfer temporarily a copy of the Font Software which is used for creating the pertinent file to a commercial printer or another service company. Such copy of the Font Software must be destroyed immediately after printing. In the event of active use of the Font Software (i.e. for text modifications, corrections, etc.), the service com- pany is required to acquire its own license. The Licensee is obliged to inform any such commercial printer/prepress/ ser- vice company about the content of this License Agreement. It is prohibited to convert desktop fonts into web fonts.

Desktop. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and payment of the applicable fees, THI grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for use on the Customer’s equipment: (a) to the Software and Services, (b) to any Software and Services subsequently ordered from THI by Customer pursuant to a subsequent Order, and (c) to associated user and system management documentation, online tutorials, and any other manuals provided by THI, if any (the “Documentation”).
