Common use of Design Plans Clause in Contracts

Design Plans. The 30% design plan drawings will be revised and further developed to incorporate comments from the City’s review and the results of the 30% Design Workshop (task 2I). 60% Level Plans will be prepared to support the design and be included in the Project Contract Documents. For the purpose of developing this Scope of Services, the attached drawing list provides the drawings and sheet count anticipated for the final design plan sets.
