Demarcation Points. 13.1 Within a Third-Party Data Center. If Service delivery takes place within a third-party data center (i.e. not owned and/or operated by FBL), FBL will deliver the Service at a demarcation point situated on FBL equipment. Unless otherwise agreed, Customer will, at its own cost provide, maintain, and operate the necessary wiring (“Cross-Connect”) to connect to FBL’s service at the indicated demarcation point. If Customer and FBL agree FBL shall provide such Cross-Connect, then FBL will provide such Cross- Connect as a fee indicated on the Order.

Demarcation Points. PROVIDER shall designate an installation demarcation point and a maintenance demarcation point (which may be a different point) for each interconnection of the USER Fibers as necessary to safeguard and maintain PROVIDER’s control over the System and in accordance with section 1 (b) above. PROVIDER shall perform all installation work on facilities on its side of the installation demarcation point and shall perform all post-installation work on facilities on its side of the maintenance demarcation point. USER shall reimburse PROVIDER’s charges of such installation work as set forth in this Exhibit. All post-installation work shall be part of PROVIDER’s maintenance obligations under the Agreement.
Demarcation Points. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide demarcation point placement in accordance with State requirements within any facilities occupied by any State agency, institution, or local government. This includes interface to State equipment located in a collocation agreement space, including but not limited to multiplexers, and access to State provided fiber and alternative access solutions including but not limited to ATM and fiber.

Demarcation Points. The demarcation points for a Dark Fiber Segment are physical fiber interface ports. Licensee (or its representatives) will have access to such fiber interface port and will be able to replace the fiber cable between the AT&T fiber interface port and Licensee equipment, with prior notice to and coordination with AT&T. As a material condition for AT&T’s provision of a Dark Fiber Segment, Licensee will coordinate with AT&T to ensure that AT&T has all needed access to the Demarcation Points to perform its obligations under the Agreement. If requested by Licensee, AT&T will seek advanced approval from Licensee for third party contractors requiring access to Licensee facilities.
