Delivery Mechanism. If Participant has any notice or knowledge that the Delivery Mechanism fails to function properly, or that any Participant Data Updates are otherwise not being provided to or received by Data Republic, it will notify Data Republic and rectify the error as soon as possible. If Data Republic has any notice or knowledge that the Delivery Mechanism fails to function properly, or that any Participant Data Updates are otherwise not being provided to or received by Data Republic, it will notify Participant in addition to promptly rectifying the error.
Delivery Mechanism. 6.1 The First Homes shall be marketed for sale and shall only be sold (whether on a first or any subsequent sale) as First Homes to a person or person(s) meeting:
Delivery Mechanism. Clips constituting T-Mobile Sourced Programming shall be delivered via the procedures set forth in Company’s Jukebox Provider Support document attached as Appendix B to this Amendment or otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties. T-Mobile shall, at all times, be responsible for sorting and organizing such clips into appropriate folders and playlists. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Company’s Jukebox Provider Support Document, this Agreement shall control.
Delivery Mechanism. Two complementary component programs will be established and an Innovations Fund may be established to support the achievement of the outcomes in Section 4.2. A full explanation of the delivery mechanism in British Columbia is detailed in Schedule C of this Agreement.

Delivery Mechanism. 2.1 AMO: Any GTF funding that Canada may make available for Municipalities, excluding Toronto, will be transferred directly to AMO for delivery to Municipalities. AMO will transfer the GTF funding directly to Municipalities, excluding Toronto, in accordance with the allocation formula outlined in 1.2 a) of Annex B (Terms and Conditions) provided an agreement between AMO and the Municipality on the use of the GTF funding is in place.
Delivery Mechanism. Funds will be delivered to eligible recipients via three complementary mechanisms: o Canada’s contribution to municipalities, excluding Toronto, will be transferred directly to the AMO semi -annually for delivery to municipalities, as detailed in Part II, section 2 of the Agreement. o Canada’s contribution to Toronto will be transferred directly to Toronto semi-annually as detailed in Part II, section 3 of this Agreement.

Delivery Mechanism. 6.3.1 To facilitate the disbursement of funds in Year 1 of this Agreement, a Letter of Understanding will be signed between the Province of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island and each directly-funded Eligible Recipient, and upon the signing of the Letter, the funds shall be disbursed to the Eligible Recipient. The Letter of Understanding shall include the Eligible Recipient requirements as outlined in Schedule C and shall bind the Eligible Recipient to expend funds for Eligible Projects only, and solely in respect of Eligible Costs.
Delivery Mechanism. A4M shall work with ICE to make the Joint Content available to ICE as ICE shall reasonably request, including on-line via an agreed upon File Transfer Protocol (if requested by ICE, ICE will be provided with a password to access and retrieve the Joint Content located on a directory on the A4M FTP Server).
