Common use of Delivery Charges Clause in Contracts

Delivery Charges. Where the delivery or collection is organised by the Supplier, the Hirer shall pay a delivery or collection charge at the Suppliers standard transport rates applicable. Such charges may include any wasted journey or transport time reasonably incurred by the Supplier in attempting to comply with the specific or implied requirements of the Hirer. The Hirer will sign the Delivery Note as conclusive proof of the acceptance of the equipment.
