Delinquency Ratio. The Delinquency Ratio shall equal or exceed 2.24% on a rolling three-month average basis.
Delinquency Ratio. The Borrower shall not permit the average of the Delinquency Ratios for WFNNB for the most recently ended three consecutive calendar months to exceed 4.5%.
