Delinquency Ratio. At any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) computed as of the Cut-Off Date for the most recently preceding Collection Period by dividing (i) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of all Pool Receivables that are Delinquent Receivables on such Cut-Off Date by (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Pool Receivables on such Cut-Off Date.
