Dedicated Space. Denotes the space assigned for the Collocator’s Physical Collocation arrangement located in AT&T-13STATE Eligible Structure.

Dedicated Space. Porex shall reserve the space identified in Exhibit E (the “Cerus Dedicated Space”) solely for the manufacture and production of the Products under this Supply Agreement. No other activities other than those agreed upon in advance in writing by Cerus may be performed in the Cerus Dedicated Space. Cerus shall have unrestricted access, subject to providing reasonable advance notice to Porex, to the Cerus Dedicated Space during the Term of this Supply Agreement to ensure that the products are being manufactured and produced in compliance with the terms of this Supply Agreement and the terms of the Quality Agreement (as hereinafter defined). In the event that Porex is unable to produce the quantity of Product set forth in a Purchase Order(s) due to regulatory or compliance issues, or facility driven production downtime, [ * ]. For illustrative purposes only, if Cerus delivers a Purchase Order for a total of [ * ] units during a Purchase Order Period, but Porex is only able to produce and ship [ * ] units due to facilities closures in that year, Cerus shall [ * ] for 2017. Any [ * ] pursuant to this Section 2.2 shall be issued in the same manner as [ * ].
Dedicated Space. Supplier will provide dedicated office space in its headquarters facility for Sun personnel to work when they are visiting Supplier. Sun personnel will follow Supplier's rules, security requirements and instructions provided to such personnel when working on Supplier's premises. The Sun personnel assigned to work at Supplier's facility will be required to execute confidentiality agreements prior to the commencement of such work. Details of the dedicated space are set out in Exhibit D.
Dedicated Space. 6.1.1 Types of Available Physical Collocation Arrangements SBC-13STATE will make each of the arrangements outlined below available within its Eligible Structures in accordance with this Appendix so that Collocator will have a variety of collocation options from which to choose:
Dedicated Space. Premises provided by the Landlord for the exclusive use by the Tenant are listed and clarified from time to time through the Agents in Schedule A to this agreement, initially including the Chapel, Xxxx 000, Xxxx 000, and storage spaces specified in Schedule A. Regularly Shared Space Premises used by both Landlord and Tenant on a regular scheduled basis are listed and clarified from time to time through the Agents in Schedule B to this agreement, initially including Church Street entrance, Cloister Walk, Courtyard, Room 102, Kitchen, and Fellowship Hall. The Tenant is expected to leave all shared space clean and in the configuration (set-up) as it was found. Occasionally Used Space Premises of the Landlord, including the Sanctuary, may be licensed for occasional use within the policy and practices of the Landlord. The Landlord shall establish rates for room use, using the Landlord's Single Occasion Room Reservation Request form. The Tenant will receive a copy of the completed and signed form. Space use requested through the office staff of the Tenant, and approved by the Agent of the Landlord, shall be paid by the Tenant upon invoice from the Landlord. Space use not requested through the office staff of the Tenant, by any individual or group, will remain outside the terms of this agreement, regardless of incidental relationships to either or both of the Landlord and the Tenant.
Dedicated Space. The Tenant may make leasehold improvements at its own expense, with prior consultation and approval from the Landlord in each case. Fixtures: The Landlord may share the expense of some changes of fixtures, such as organ console or courtyard screen doors.

Dedicated Space is not reserved until AT&T-13STATE’s receipt of the confirmatory response in writing from the Wireless Collocator with applicable fees. Where space suitable for Central Office equipment (Active Collocation Space) is available, AT&T- 13STATE will deliver Caged Physical or Shared Caged Physical Collocation within ninety (90) calendar days from the completion of the application process.
Dedicated Space. This membership includes Shared Space privileges, and also allows our members to reserve a specific desk or office that it would have sole access to on a monthly basis. If you have reserved an office, you acknowledge that it has a limited capacity. Whether or not you have paid for additional memberships, no more than the capacity is permitted in the office at any given time. The location and capacity of your desk or office is listed on Your Invoice.
