Caged Physical Collocation. 5.3.2.1 Caged Collocation option provides the Physical Collocator with an individual enclosure (not including a top). This enclosure is an area designated by AT&T-21STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Physical Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Physical Collocator-provided equipment for the purpose of Interconnection under Section 251(c)(2) and access to 251(c)(3) UNEs. Accordingly, AT&T-21STATE will not provide the Physical Collocator with direct access to AT&T-21STATE’s MDF, with the exception of the AT&T-21STATE’s AIS Tier 1.

This enclosure is an area designated by AT&T-13STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Wireless Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Wireless Collocator-provided equipment for the purpose of interconnection. Accordingly, AT&T- 13STATE will not provide Wireless Collocator’s personnel or agents with direct access to AT&T-13STATE’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF), with the exception of the AT&T- 13STATE’s Approved Vendor.
Caged Physical Collocation. 40.3.1 Caged Physical Collocation allows ATTI to lease caged floor space up to a maximum of 400 square feet within each USW Wire Center, for placement of its telecommunications equipment within USW's Wire Centers for the purpose of interconnecting with USW finished services or UNEs or for cross-connects to other collocated parties. ATTI is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the cross connections required within the cage.
Caged Physical Collocation. 4.1.1.1 In the SBC-13STATE’s, Collocator may apply for Caged Physical Collocation in initial and subsequent increments of fifty (50) square feet. Space totaling less than fifty (50) square feet will be provided where technically feasible. The caged serving arrangement is an area designated by SBC-13STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by a Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating Collocator provided equipment. SBC-13STATE will provide floor space, floor space conditioning, cage common systems and safety and security on a per square foot basis. SBC-13STATE will prorate the charge for site conditioning and preparation undertaken to construct or condition the Physical Collocation Space so the first Collocator in an SBC-13STATE Eligible Structure will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation.

Pathnet is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the cross connections required at the appropriate cross-connect device for connecting its equipment to USW UNEs.
Caged Physical Collocation. Pathnet is solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of its equipment located within Pathnet's caged space. If two or more Co-Providers agree to a Shared Space Caged Physical Collocation arrangement, such collocators are solely responsible for any and all maintenance, security and repair arrangements necessitated by such sharing. USW assumes no liability for any damages of any kind relating to Shared Space Caged Physical Collocation or related personnel disputes among the parties to those arrangements.

  • Location and Type of Mortgaged Property The Mortgaged Property is a fee simple property located in the state identified in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, except that with respect to real property located in jurisdictions in which the use of leasehold estates for residential properties is a widely-accepted practice, the Mortgaged Property may be a leasehold estate, and consists of a single parcel of real property with a detached single family residence erected thereon, or a two- to four-family dwelling, or an individual residential condominium unit in a condominium project, or an individual unit in a planned unit development and that no residence or dwelling is a mobile home; provided, however, that any condominium unit or planned unit development shall not fall within any of the "Ineligible Projects" of part XII, Section 102 of the Fannie Mae Selling Guide and shall conform with the Underwriting Guidelxxxx. In the case of any Mortgaged Properties that are manufactured homes (a "Manufactured Home Mortgage Loans"), (i) such Manufactured Home Mortgage Loan conforms with the applicable Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac requirements regarding mortgage loans related xx xxnxxxcturxx xxxxlings, (ii) the related manufactured dwelling is permanently affixed to the land, (iii) the related manufactured dwelling and the related land are subject to a Mortgage properly filed in the appropriate public recording office and naming Seller as mortgagee, (iv) the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located will deem the manufactured dwelling located on such Mortgaged Property to be a part of the real property on which such dwelling is located, and (v) such Manufactured Home Mortgage Loan is (x) a qualified mortgage under Section 860G(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and (y) secured by manufactured housing treated as a single family residence under Section 25(e)(10) of the Code. As of the date of origination, no portion of the Mortgaged Property was used for commercial purposes, and since the date of origination, no portion of the Mortgaged Property has been used for commercial purposes; provided, that Mortgaged Properties which contain a home office shall not be considered as being used for commercial purposes as long as the Mortgaged Property has not been altered for commercial purposes and is not storing any chemicals or raw materials other than those commonly used for homeowner repair, maintenance and/or household purposes;

  • Collateral Locations All of such Grantor’s locations where Collateral is located are listed on Exhibit A. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by the Grantor as lessee and designated in Part VII(b) of Exhibit A and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part VII(c) of Exhibit A.

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.

  • Maintenance of Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy In the event that the Servicer shall obtain and maintain a blanket policy issued by an insurer that has a general policy rating of B:VI or better in Best's Key Rating Guide insuring against hazard losses on all of the Mortgage Loans, then, to the extent such policy provides coverage in an amount equal to the amount required pursuant to Section 3.10 and otherwise complies with all other requirements of Section 3.10, it shall conclusively be deemed to have satisfied its obligations as set forth in Section 3.10, it being understood and agreed that such policy may contain a deductible clause, in which case the Servicer shall, in the event that there shall not have been maintained on the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property a policy complying with Section 3.10, and there shall have been a loss which would have been covered by such policy, deliver to the Trustee for deposit in the Distribution Account the amount not otherwise payable under the blanket policy because of such deductible clause, which amount shall not be reimbursable to the Servicer from the Trust Fund. In connection with its activities as servicer of the Mortgage Loans, the Servicer agrees to prepare and present, on behalf of the Trustee, claims under any such blanket policy in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms of such policy. Upon request of the Trustee, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee a certified true copy of such policy and a statement from the insurer thereunder that such policy shall in no event be terminated or materially modified without thirty days prior written notice to the Trustee.
