Dedicated Facilities. Generator shall install, own and maintain, at Generator’s cost, the Dedicated Facilities including associated protection and switching devices.
Dedicated Facilities a) During the term of this Agreement, Public Service shall design, construct, and install the Dedicated Facilities outlined in Exhibit B.

During any time Services are performed at the County Facilities, Service Provider shall provide the Services using hardware, software and related resources dedicated solely to supporting County.
