The Customer will be charged a the following range of fixed monthly recurring local loop charges of $80.00 to $175.00 for Dedicated Access service based on DS-0, DDS and DS-1 circuit types. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $10,000 for Dedicated Access Service based on OC-48 (Lit Building) Access type. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $1,600 to $11,750 for DS-3 Dedicated Access service at 42 mutually agreed upon NPA/NXX locations. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $290.00 for a DS-1 Dedicated Lease Line circuit for a fixed term. Private Line: The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring IXC charge of $475.00 to $72,000 and the following range of per-mile charge of $0.30 to $162.00 for Interstate Private Line Service based on circuit type and mileage band .
Dedicated Access. Standard VBSII Guide local loop charges for Type 3 DS-0, Type 3 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access. Access: Standard MBSII Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, and OC-12 Service and Type 3 DS-3, OC-3, and OC-12 and Type 2 Converged Ethernet Access.
Dedicated Access. Dedicated Access connectivity at the IP layer to connect one or more associated customer end user sites. Dedicated access provides full Internet connectivity at speeds ranging from DS1 to OC3.
Dedicated Access. Service utilizing a non-switched connection from Customer’s Premises to the point of presence (“POP”) selected by the Company for origination and or termination of calls. Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $800 to $7,360 for DS-3, DS-3 (Type 1), OC-3, and OC-12 (Type 1 and 3) access circuits at 44 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The Customer must not exceed 10 local loops at any of the 10 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Dedicated Access. Company provided and maintained dedicated IP access to the Company IP Network at data speeds from 56 kbps to T3 speeds. IP VPN Dedicated Access does not include DSL or dial access.
Dedicated Access. Originates and/or terminates on dedicated access facilities provisioned to the Government organization’s site by Verizon or by the Local Exchange Carrier on Verizon’s behalf. This also includes government-provided access.

In lieu of any other rate and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $0.00 for OC-3 Dedicated Access service at 2 NPA/NXX locations and the CLLIs associated with the 2 NPA/NXX locations. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $0.00 for DS-1 Dedicated Access service at 3 NPA/NXX locations and the CLLIs associated with the 3 NPA/NXX locations. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 for DS-3 Dedicated Access service at 6 NPA/NXX locations and the CLLIs associated with the 6 NPA/NXX locations. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,400 to $8,200 for DS-3 Dedicated Access service at 3 NPA/NXX locations and the CLLIs associated with the 2 NPA/NXX locations. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $3,400 for OC-3 Dedicated Access service at 1 NPA/NXX location and the CLLIs associated with the 1 NPA/NXX location. A 36 month term is required. If circuit is terminated before the end of its 36 month term, Company reserves the right to charge Customer for the remaining months, or partial months thereof, remaining in the 36 month term.
