DECISION POINT. Should the City of Coeur d’Alene enter into a contract to begin a School Resource Officer program and provide one police officer to be assigned to the North Idaho College campus for fiscal school year 2014-2015. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NORTH IDAHO COLLEGE and THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE for EMPLOYMENT OF SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , 2014, by and between North Idaho College, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, hereinafter referred to as NIC, and the City of Coeur d'Alene, having its principal business office located at 000 Xxxxxx, Xxxxx x'Xxxxx, Xxxxx, hereinafter referred to as CITY.
